Travis Thomas

Travis has been a licensed Real Estate Associate Agent and broker with the REALTOR© designation for more than five years. Studying Risk Management to better serve his clients, he has managed property and represented clients in sales and listing transactions for three years, closing more than twenty transactions. Personally, Travis, his beloved wife, Ruth, and their daughter, Gwendolyn live in East County, enjoying serving in their church, gardening in their yard, going on long drives, and going to the mountains.

Craig Carlson

Craig has many years of Real Estate experience in Oregon, Arizona and California. As an accountant and small business owner for most of his life he brings excellent experience and perspective to Property Management.

Tiffany Patton

Tiffany serves her owners and tenants with excellent service, a continual smile and her friendly laugh. She has her real estate license and enjoys the adventures that property management brings every day.

Personally, she has been married to her high school sweetheart for 23 years and has 2 children. Her son is a junior at UC Santa Barbara and her daughter is a freshman at San Diego State.

T. Edwin Patton

T. Edwin Patton since November of 1961, has been actively involved in real estate development, home construction and sales and marketing management in San Diego County California as well as Louisiana and Florida. From April of 1986 to October 1989, Ed was the general partner of the West Village of Singing Hills a community of 170 patio homes on Willow Glen Drive alongside the Oaks golf course at Singing Hills, in El Cajon.
Recently he and his son and daughter have built several homes for themselves and for clients mostly in East County and Pacific Beach. In June of 2008 he joined the firmly established property managemnent team of Thomas Realtors in North Park.

Juli Hilliard

Juli brings a decade of real estate experience to Thomas Realtors.  Specializing in residential resales, she represented numerous buyers and sellers all over the city and county.  Juli graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Business and a Minor in Accounting.  Her business experience includes working as a tax preparer and bookkeeper, prior to that she worked at the San Diego Zoo for over 14 years in the Membership and Development departments.  Juli and her husband of 15 years, Chris, reside in San Diego with their son and two daughters.
